First time in the shop, my customer service representative was absolutely outstanding and I really think he should get the $10 bonus regardless of one small issue that had nothing to do with him, but I bought a diamond infused payroll and it was completely just a box full of shattered glass with like the tiny glass fragments all over the damaged pre-roll definitely unspeakable in my opinion due to health concerns. Was welcomed by all staff had a spectacular experience felt welcomed prices were wonderful My only constructive feedback is that have somebody due away grocery check of the goods as they’re being picked to make sure that a customer doesn’t get a very expensive pre-roll covered in broken glass dust – Ben

Steven K was awesome!!! I had an order to pick up but then noticed a special going for cartridges and he was quick to answer my questions and help me out! He was very nice and went above and beyond to get me what I asked for and needed! He was also super patient when I figured out they don’t have tap pay and had to activate my credit cards pin at the counter (whoops) !!! I look forward to going back and dealing with him again!
