Diem Cannabis Dispensary Worcester

My first time in MA ever, and all the dispensaries are charging criminal prices. I'm from Southern California and this is the ONLY place that, 1- carried brands I've worked with and know well. 2-prices werent criminally outrageous. 3-the staff was INCREDIBLY sweet here. I don't think I could have asked for a better dispensary experience than what I received here. The budtender who helped me was named Tyler and let's just say he was beyond sweet and helpful. I was given no b.s when it came to trying to sell me on things I didn't want. I was Impressed with how friendly everyone was to each other. I felt welcomed. I was surprised because basically, i was the only person inside – this place was extremely clean, the music playing was tasteful; not to mention the gaurd on duty was a complete cutie pie – very kind. I am writing a big review because they made a big impression. Tyler was amazing, keep him or I'll take my review away! But no really. When I come back this WILL be the ONLY dispo I go into. Boston prices on vapes were gross, here I got a deal that was 2g for $40 before taxes. I'm sorry, but its not smart to spend your time anywhere else. Mkay thank you. 😊 – SheSmokes

Love it here at Diem in Worcester! This time around I picked up a Pineapple Express Rove reload pod, and I have been a huge fan of it, so far! Classic Pineapple Express energy with smooth, flavorful hits. Perfect for staying productive and upbeat. Diem has become my home dispensary they separate themselves so significantly, enough for me to leave a review, written or electronic, for the first time. On more than one occasion I left recognizing how much their staff stand out. Notably, I’ve had two interactions that deserve recognition. The level of humanity that is consistently displayed far exceeds any experience in the many dispensaries I’ve visited. First, Tyler Hamilton. He transforms an ordinary visit to an elevated experience with authenticity, warmth, genuine care, and a rare and vibrant spirit that shines so bright. It was an interaction that still stays with me. I would put a large wager that he touches more people’s days than he realizes. A second mention is Forest who provided a notable visit. His greeting was filled with infectious joy and vitality. While helping me sort out a card issue he continuously displayed genuine patience while not making me feel like an inconvenience. He was happily committed to making sure I left with my order. Lastly, John and Gabe do much more than open the door and check your ID. On more than one occasion they have taken the time to say hello with an exchange that makes the entire stop another standout from dispensaries near and far. It is impossible to leave Diem without a smile, especially after encounters that invaluable employees like Tyler provide. Every word came from deep appreciation and gratitude. No artificial intelligent platform needed here, Diem sells themselves. – Lindsay
