Dodson Medical Cannabis Certification Clinic Near Minneapolis MN

Had an issue with a diagnosis that needed to be removed. Instead of having the medical provider reach out to me and ensure everything was in order, they did not call me. They just went a head a submitted the request of removal without contacting me or getting my approval. I was told I'd get a call to talk about it, so I waited a week. When I hadn't heard from them, I reached out via email, and was told they went forward with submitting the removal a day after I requested. I find it very uncomfortable no one called me to confirm this information with me or to let me ask the questions I was preparing for. Unprofessional to not reach out to patients before ensuring the information youre sending to the state is correct. Also no one even attempted to apologize for this or take accountability. Not even a sliver of "sorry for the miscommunication" or "sorry we did not reach out". – Jessica Elliott
