Here's what I'll say: it depends on who you get. There's certain people that if you call and you place an order with them, they never send the order out and you will never get your product. I've had that happen more than I've received the product although I will say the customer agents are super cool & And I will be totally honest and admit if you get Charlotte, she's an amazing angel. And if you get Angie, she is also an amazing angel. They are very sweet. They though don't own the business so it's not up to them how things happen and we can't blame them. This is my 3rd time coming to this location. I love it here. The workers are very nice and are willing to help you if needed. Today is my birthday and they made my experience today very great the security Juan did an announcement when i walked it and everyone said happy birthday to me and i was just smiling like a kid lol.
