Never had an issue until today. I love this place and almost everyone there is very cool! Unfortunately, it's been already few times that I got an item online and at the time of picking up it's either the wrong item and information or wrong price, I understand that "things happen", but not this often. Today. I realized that I got the wrong products right when I got in my car, came back immediately to try to fix the issue but I was as told to wait outside. Fine, I waited until my real problem started, her name, Amber, the General Manager. This lady, came out with no intention of taking care of a customer, whom by the way, buys products at this location at least 3 times a week. Amber came out with an attitude, bothered by the situation, rude. Declined to show me her Illinois Retail ID or her last name. Offered me some kind of coupon and zero sympathy for the inconvenience, "do you want $10 off your next purchase or not". That was her reaction to my issue. It's a problem when they advertised an item they don't have and tried to give me something else that's not what I bought, I just wanted to switch it or get my money back, that's it! This is call Fraud, anywhere else. Amber needs to learn that her job is to represent Dutchess the best way possible and with respect to her clients. She did not do any of those. Disrespectful and and vey low work ethics!! – Pablo Soto

I had a great first experience here! James helped me out and he was awesome. I had lots of questions which I usually feel annoying for asking, but he was so patient with me and answered all my questions happily! He suggested a handful of products to me, i ended up purchasing a few of them and ive been enjoying them a lot so far. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a chill experience with staff that genuinely care and thanks again to James for helping me out when i needed it! – Sam Lyubelsky
