Terrible customer service. Waited an hr just for them to not follow directions to where they need to be and they did not answer a call or text. Cancelled my order after I was outside looking for them for 15 min. I get who you work for, but maybe not use the product while working. – Joseph Wehby

AVOID EAZE AT ALL COSTS. Policy must've changed without notifying customers because no help was provided when I called regarding my delivery like I have gotten in the past. ALEXIS was no help and had a rude tone, not fit for customer service. This wasn't the greatest dispensary to begin with but it was convenient, but it's definitely going downhill. AVOID. I loved this shop. The staff was friendly and willing to answer questions, but not pushy or in my face. They encourage you to look around and check out all the products. This shop had valet parking (and self parking). It was set up like a boutique. It was a little pricier than SDRC ($7-10 higher on cartridges) but its still probably my favorite of all the shops i visited. – LaLainya Johnson

Received my order within an hour! I love the "ASAP" option. Although I love the pretty wide array of options, even with the credit I got, Ease is pretty pricey. – Rique

Seemed to give great offers but no matter how I tried to pay for delivery the website kept refreshing so I couldn't complete my order after 30minutes of trying every payment option I guess I'll shop elsewhere. So irratating. – Chrissy Hie
