Nar reserve is my regular go to but I recently started working in worthington and a coworker recommended Elevated because of their promotions. I gave them a shot because of selection and promotional pricing, but I have become a return customer because of Ariana. She is an absolute gem. Had an amazing experience with her my first visit and was lucky enough to get her again today. She's friendly, knowledgeable and has an amazing energy. I like the building and the location. I gave it three stars because I'm wondering if my product was tampered with. I've gotten good green brand from them several times and have noticed that the seal was broken as if someone opened the container. – Khris Kross
Idk who Jonathan is or why people are writing terrible reviews about him but I’ve been going here for about 3 months now and have had nothing but a great experience. Every budtender has been knowledgeable and fun to speak with. Jonathan has never been a problem…whoever that is???? I’ve never come across him or spoke with him. I used to frequent The Botanist on Vine downtown and have since then switched to only coming here. I can’t recommend it enough. Much more personally tailored. – Bailey Mitchell
i have been to this location about 5 times in the past month. great dispensary, in my personal opinion its probably the best in town due to prices and quality selection. ive even recommended a friend and he loves it as well. as for customer service; the wait can be a bit long but everytime ive been helped they have been extremely friendly and helpful. After reading other reviews id probably avoid jonathon and the sprinklers but other than that its a great experience. – Big Mike
