Had such a poor experience I felt it was important to chime in here. I placed an online order. I called in to check if the order was ready, they said come on down it’s ready within 15 minutes. I went on an early lunch break, and the person at the counter said they are out of stock of what I ordered, have no alternative, and cancelled the order. I spoke to the guy at the front desk checking ID’s, as he was the person I spoke to on the phone and said come on down it’s ready. He told me….”I ment orders in general are ready in 15 minutes, not necessarily yours”. I told him that’s why I called to check in so as not to waste my lunch break. What a joke. Previous time I was in my order was there, but the guy helping me was so high he was almost unable to check me out. He was friendly though! I don’t think I’ll be back, wasting my lunch break is personal!!! – Malcolm Williams
