Normally have a great experience and have been buying for years however there rules as far as specials go is always changing and and this time it was a real bummer to find out that my coupon wasn’t useable. I would be willing to revisit my review if management wanted to reach out to me and have a conversation about their rules on coupons but until then unfortunately a very loyal customer maybe exploring other stores – Benjamin Ankrum

Come shop here! I’ve been to a few of these being from the lower 48, and I was super impressed with these guys. 40% off for first time customers, go give these guys a visit. Great concentrates on the menu, also try the “terp sauce” carts. 10/10!! Ask for Simon, he’s awesome. 😎 – Winston S

I’ve had many good experiences at this location, but today wasn’t one of them. I brought back a cart they sold me that didn’t work. They wouldn’t take it back unless I brought my battery in to “prove it” because it was testing fine for them. They haven’t had any issues taking back their carts that were messed up before. Best they could do was “let me keep it” and give me 20% off my next purchase. Employees were pleasant, but margins must be getting pretty thin! Find another dispo. – F Neil

What can I say nothing except exceptional customer service. The staff here thus far is one of if not my favorite team of people that run any of the cannabis places around town. No, I'm not biased the opposite in fact or I suppose you could say I'm biased to good people and good customer service.
