MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She kicked me out for asking how long would the wait be and told me you don’t have to be here. And she called security and said she was the owner and to get out of the store. She clearly was not the owner. She said she was the owner and that that was her shop. Disgusting behavior. The security guard told me she just got hired and is not the owner lol. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! – Maritza

Used to be great, but have fallen off a cliff in the last 1-2 months. Online inventory doesn’t match what they have in store and there’s a ton of new staff who seem pissed to have to help in even the slightest bit. Heads up, I went back today and had the same exact problem. Product available for puckuo and delivery online, but somehow not available in store. No help from staff in finding a replacement or correcting this issue. This was my last try. – TTA
