Today I had such a ridiculous experience. A woman in front of the shop asked me if I could buy her something because she didn't have identification. I said okay to help, but apparently that's against the rules. I didn't know that. If that's the case, you should send that person away from the door. You shouldn't keep them waiting at the door. It's so absurd that they wouldn't let me in because of that. Anyway, I won't be coming back. Thankfully, the person sitting at the entrance was so polite, practically bursting with kindness, and said it didn't matter to them whether I came back or not. They told me I could go to other stores, and I really don't approve of this place. I don't know how much value is placed on customers in a place that tells people to go to another store…….. – Şükrü Demir
Honestly, this used to be one of my favorite shops. They recently changed their rewards system, and instead offer a 15% off daily. The 15% off doesn't even come close to covering taxes, and frankly the rewards you get now are abysmal. They do have a huge selection, amazing staff, and the free fruit is delicious. But all that to say I don't think the benefits outweigh the cons any longer; being overpriced along with the new reward system. There's lots of other dispos with shitty rewards but much better prices. But if love an elevated *experience* and don't care about prices, I highly recommend it. If you're looking to get the most for your money without losing quality, care about rewards, or it IRKS you not having the full price displayed – go elsewhere. – Ash

this has been my spot all year, and they keep getting better! the morning crew is always knowledgeable and upbeat, great energy to start the day. MacKenzie is the goat for budtending AND coffee making! The rewards program has me coming back every time! Parking is a bit small so try to park on the street or across in the Best Buy parking lot. – Myke
