Store seems nice and clean but I’m sorry, if you have people waiting in line who placed an order and just need to pick up and you’re just cracking jokes and making chit chat at the registers with people then maybe think about whether you’re a business or a lounge. If you want to chat maybe ask those people to step aside so you can assist the next person really fast and then continue your conversation. Couldn’t even complete my purchase because I thought it would be a quick transaction—why order in advance if you want to wait— and then I would be off to my train, but had to abandon the endeavor due to the above. – Kerry W
