I experienced the worst customer service from the manager working tonight. I asked for a refund (I never left the store) but instead was insulted by the manager’s demeanor and unprofessionalism. I waited a long while for the manager. I was apologetic about asking for a refund at first until I realized he was being unprofessional and rude to me for absolutely no reason. I explained it’s my first time getting a product and didn’t realize the cost. He claimed I should know and questioned why I didn’t know pricing better if I had been a returning customer. He even claimed I was denying I had been there before. He claimed the associate told me pricing details even though the price before tax was much different than the manager claimed. The manager decided to berate me claiming I need to know the taxes and included fees better and because of this that the store will never refund any of my purchases. I checked the prices on the site and in fact he was giving inaccurate pricing details about products. Not only is he careless with customers and service, he is slow at what he does, he doesn’t know basic pricing. He is the last person at that place who should be talking down to customers. I’ll be following up with his supervisor in addition to posting this here. That kind of strange behavior from an employee with any customer is inappropriate. – S R
Staff helpful and friendly with good deals. When I had a problem their online portal was shite, wouldn't allow me to report anything but staff in the shop helped – coleman
Visited the city recently with my wife and stopped in to ethos while on our trip. WOW! what a great dispensary, it's so cozy inside, the quality of product is great, insane deals, but most of all, the service. Our budtender Sophie was AMAZING. I would highly consider her for management of your store. Friendly, knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction with exactly what we were looking for. I pull up at 745, put my order in and then get told they can't fill it because they didn't have everything I wanted on the rec side despite being med and coming in and having my order finished before 8:00. I ended up just walking out and not getting anything. What lousy customer service. – Tavis Sivat
