Great budtendes and overall service. Even the security guy was happy and a pleasure to have greet me. There is an ATM and they accept credit cards. Prices include tax which is amazing! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always had great experiences every time, not this time. I recently went and I got a cart that I couldn’t really hit no matter how hard you tried you barely got any smoke. I went and let the employee know about my cart and usually they take it check it out and swap it for me but this time the employee didn’t even bother to check it. She told me they can’t take back any carts if you can get smoke, now I have a cart that I can’t even get high with! After a long day you want to unwind and this was my moment but now I’m just frustrated with my service and next time i won’t go to the employee that helped me today. If anyone goes please avoid the female that helped me I couldn’t get her name but it was a short blonde woman. Update! I went today since my cart stopped working on me. I saw that same blonde woman and avoided her and had someone else help me and this chill guy with dreads ACTUALLY TOOK IT TO TEST something the woman didn’t do. He helped me out now I’m a happy customer. If you want great help go to anyone but her!!! – Manuel Cuayahuitl
