Went in to buy a cartridge, the guy who helped my friend and I seemed like maybe he was new. So was the cashier apparently since it took ten minutes to get rung up when we were the only ones in the shop. My experience at this location has been nothing but great. There are locations closer to my home, but it is worth the drive to come and shop here. The staff is very friendly, prompt to answer questions and if they don’t know something, I like that they reach out to a manager or someone with more knowledge and not just make something up.
