Every time I go inside I have the best time. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel like they’re giving me genuine advice and not trying to upsell me on anything. When I’m talking to them I feel like they want to be there and that they enjoy what they’re doing. It’s an incredibly welcoming atmosphere! They have vendors stop by from time to time which is really cool and sometimes I get free stickers which is a huge plus. The store always looks really nice and the presentation of the displays makes it feel very fancy. All and all my favorite smoke shop in the area. :) – Gabi

Exit 31 is AMAZING. They have EVERYTHING you can think of, and so many different brands to choose from. The bud -tenders are great and help you find the perfect pick for YOU. Jay, gave us a lot of great suggestions and helped us find top tier selections! He knows so much information on all of the different strains and will help you find the perfect match! Everybody who works there is so kind and you can tell they love their job. The Ruby Rose pre rolls were my favorite this time! It’s like walking into a candy store for enthusiasts!! – Bri
I really like coming here. Customer service is friendly and welcoming starting right at check-in, which sets the vibe right away. Kali is amazing very knowledgeable and honestly the best.
