Re: Deliveries I’ve now done an online order for delivery, and my experience has been fantastic. Both time the driver (shout out to Marco) has been super communicative. It usually starts with a text saying order is ready and can be out in an hour. Then I’ve been able to text with him about exact timing in case of any scheduling conflicts (ie Dr appts, work). Then he’ll tell me what he’s able to do to fit in my time restrictions. He’s always super nice, professional and all around pleasant. The orders always arrive in n original packaging, in a nice bag and with a printed receipt attached to the bag. Thanks Marco!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 – Kerri Bacon

Overpriced came here once visiting Santa Barbara, they get you in with their 40% off but that’s because all their products are marked up double of what other dispensaries are charging. I also had a bad experience with the young budtender with dropping earrings in each ear. He told me to get out of his way twice, extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking forward using all my points only to FINALLY learn that they expire after 90 days. NEVER did one single employee tell me this SIMPLE INFORMATION ALL the different times the subject came up. Like, collecting more points to hit 800 instead of cashing out at 650. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All it would have taken is just one DECENT BUDTENDER to share that CRUCIAL INFO. BUBYE! – Jen Bright
