Me and my boyfriend’s first time here and had the pleasure of Lisa helping us out check out selections on their menu. She was so chill and kind about everything and took her time to answer our questions. She had us both laughing and pretty much made our experience there very comfortable. I usually love this place, but I’ve noticed that the front desk woman hasn’t returned my greetings for the past month, which has felt increasingly awkward and unprofessional. A few weeks ago, I was dealing with a personal issue and came in feeling sad and extremely overwhelmed, but I still made sure to greet her. It seems she may have taken my mood personally, because since then she hasn’t acknowledged me. My withdrawn, spaced out mood literally had nothing to do with her. It’s upsetting because, in a customer service role (which I myself do for work), a person’s momentary emotions shouldn’t affect how they are treated overall. I hope management can address this, as it impacts the quality of experience for anyone who just wants to visit and feel welcome/ buy the things they need here. Think I’ll go to shangrila where they’re always nice for now but thx. My money is precious to me and I can’t ethically spend it at a store where I am treated this way. I tried to broach this subject with the girl herself- instead of acknowledging and apologizing, she smiled and laughed which was very cruel. – Paulina Perlwitz
A bit pricey and no deals ever. Very corporate and feels like they only sell big MSo products. I will stick with NY cannabis shops. Better quality and farms. – Andrew Hersh
2nd Day of serving medical patients and I’m in this tiny location waiting over 1h:30min to get my order. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had as a med patient in the 6 years of having a card. So frustrating!!! – JoeFree Trenard
