Both times I’ve come in, they’ve been incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure I walked out happy. They don’t just “sell” — they educate, guide, and tailor recommendations perfectly to what you’re looking for. No pressure, no rushing, just top-tier customer care and good energy from start to finish. I was at first happy to find this place… Best prices not pre rolled 5 for 20 but closer to find filled with chemicals, no regulations. The front desk girl knew nothing about the industry. Try to get refund but refused no equal exchange or nothing, never again, I will pay extra thank you, if you cared at all the girl would of gave me money back or a equal exchange. I left receipt and everything there and walked out. I use marijuana medicinally, and I not want no chemicals or something that is not regulated and could cause harm to me – Gina Meyer
