From the moment I got there the security was amazing. He held the door for me to get inside. He was very kind and polite. Than, once I was inside, I was checked in promptly and I was helped by Mr. Ethan who was so sweet and I want to thank him for me so kind and he helped get exactly what I needed and helped me to make sure my discount on the product was correct and helped me find a couple other things and to make sure I had the correct product. We went in for our first visit. Got 40% off bought a 99 ounce and got home and it only weighed 14 grams. Called them the lady who said she was the manager told us she checked the camera and seen it weighed 28. No way any camera on the ceiling could see the tiny numbers on the scale. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. I'll tell everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Basically didn't get my discount cuz they kept a half ounce of it. UPDATE: They made it right – Kimberly Feijoo
