Purchased one of their "house brand" pre-roll. Upon opening the package, the smell was not that of marijuana. Small sample usage, quickly indicated that the product was either not marijuana, or was heavily contaminated. Product causes interrupted heartbeat, and cognitive delay unlike marijuana used in the past. Product was in an unsealed container. Package says a one gram pre-roll contains 10 doses? While conversing with the staff, they indicated that they don't typically consume pre-rolls sold by their company, indicating this purchase as a waste of money, and I now understand why. – John David

First time ever there! I used the order ahead app and picked up through the drive thru, Dre was running the window, this dude was so nice, so helpful, such a wonderful person and I felt very appreciated, I had ordered the 14 pre rolled 1G hog legs it’s half an OZ ready to go for only $99 bucks literally the best deal in town on pre rolls while I was checking out I mentioned I like to roll blunts so he told me about a sale they were having on some top shelf flower so of course I added on a half OZ and then it got even better because first time customers get 20% off their entire order!!!!!! Thank you Dre because of your super awesome vibes and mega cool customer service you didn’t just make an up-sale you made a customer for life! Yo management Dre seriously deserve a raise that young man truly loves his job and cares about your company! He is awesome and so is your shop! Was there a week ago and bought a cart. Cart did not end up working we were traveling so when we came back through, we stopped to replace it. The workers at the front desk remembered us. But since we didn’t have a receipt, they won’t do nothing for us. Bad customer service in my opinion. Pretty sure you have the same video a week go buying of him buying the damn thing. Purely a joke and wasn’t surprised once I saw who the “manager” was at all actually … not at all … won’t be back .. should’ve stuck with good day farms as we usually shop their … big mistake shopping here – Bridget Gibb
