Flora Farms Lee's Summit

Good place but dont buy their flora farms brand cartridge at all it has leaking problem. I bought the product day before xmas. But product clogged couple days ago and when u try to take a hit started leaking from top of it. Tonight I went there and told them its leaked from inside out and need a refund but manager told me she cant give me refund coz I smoked it ‘’almost’’ all but half of it literally “on” it and she offered me 25% discount off for next product and I asked her about is it a brand issue or what she asked me what brand it is but I didnt know that time then I got in to get something else and asked the lady what brand it is and she said Its actually our brand flora farms.Long story short dont get their own brand of cartridges and waste your money – Arda Koc

My boyfriend and I love Flora Farms! It’s one of our go-to dispensaries because of the awesome discounts and super friendly staff. Angela is an amazing employee and we love her! She has helped us in multiple visits and is always lovely to chat with. Extremely friendly, kind hearted, and amazing at what she does. I made an online order for a pick up in the drive thru, it was packed out to the street, so I parked and went in, that was the best decision of the day. I didn’t even have to wait to go back, and Meg was there to greet me and wow was I impressed, she was outgoing and very friendly, we talked about my order platinum candy apple, it is very good, relaxing and smooth. I would like to thank Meg for her kindness and the best customer service rep for your company. I’m an observer for customer service, I have ran companies and know when I see someone going above and beyond. She’s definitely a keeper. I will be a return customer because of Meg. You should do whatever it takes to keep her. I watched all the bud tender’s, and she is your best. If I was still in customer service, I’d have to steal her from you, lol.
