When they first opened service was better they were great super friendly. I really enjoyed it now. I feel like they're all really rude non-personable and very cold. Also, the one guy was kind of a prick when I said I was waiting for too long. Could've just apologized for the delay, but instead, he had to make a comment on how I was incorrect on the amount of time I have been waiting, I don't care if it was 10 minutes or 20 minutes. It felt like a long time to be standing around. All people want is to feel validated and instead he made me feel disrespected and like I don't really feel like going there ever again. Pretty decent selection. Good ordering system. I'd like to see more ordering stations. That way, customers do t have to wait to order. Kind of out of the way location. Good knowledgeable customer service. More toys and more edibles would be great. – Mike Bryant
