Good prices on good product. Nice selection. Zero customer service. My Leafly order was canceled with no explanation why. Called to inquire about my order twice and both calls they picked up the phone then immediately hung it back up in my ear without even speaking to me. Maybe they no longer had what I ordered or didn't have enough to fulfill my order, I have no way of knowing because of their lack of communication. All they had to do was let me know I needed to pick a different Strain or something, instead they canceled my order and told me nothing. I've been in to the store before and it's a good shop, but with treatment like this I won't go back. I stick strictly to the Floyd's on Division now, same prices, same flower, and they know how to communicate if a problem arrises with an online order. This Floyd's could take a lesson from the Division street Floyd's on how to treat people and how to communicate. – Daniel

Been a customer for almost 5 years now. Best prices on budget herb out there. It's not the biggest selection or anything but it's a reasonably priced neighborhood shop.
