Don't sell gift cards if you don't train your employees on how to redeem gift cards. Obviously the GM is not doing her job if she in unavailable after 3PM while the average American works. Not so hard to print out a sheet with instructions!!! I have not been able to use the gift card from Thanksgiving to date (almost three months later.) – Ha Di
