Liv, my teller failed to inform me of the price of the Wawa Pain relief gummies. That’s an honest mistake that’s okay. The price she quoted me was 25 but it was 27 and with MO fees it came out to $32.00. I gave her $20 in cash and used my debit card for the remainder $12.00. It rounded the total to 18.50 and she gave me $3.00 back. I did the math and it did not seem accurate so I went back into the dispo to have her clarify the price. She was rude, argumentative, and blamed me for not understanding the system. I was hit an additional $2.50 out of network atm fee which is not something I thought I would get on top of them rounding up by $6.50. Next time INFORM THE CUSTOMER of the process not after the purchase but at the beginning. Regardless her customer service was awful, she yelled at me, cut me off, and I won’t be back. – Alyce ThePoet
I was pleasantly surprised with the attention and service I had here at clovr! Didn’t just feel like a rushed transaction they truly want to make sure you get what you need and that you feel comfortable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great friendly atmosphere and great service. Also their prices are very good and they always seem to have specials going on ! The staff at this location are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also took the time to explain the different products.The atmosphere is welcoming and has definitely become my favorite dispensary. Shopping at Clovr Dispensary is a fabulous experience from start to finish. You get family owned hospitality from the staff combined with the BEST products the state has to offer ranging from flower, to edibles, topicals, vapes, and anything else you could think of. Perfect for hopping over from anywhere in Martini Corner too; my favorite spot for a night cap! And those deals… phew! Can't beat 'em. There's a lil somethin' for everybody.
