Awesome staff, except Sarah! We were told for several weeks in a row by multiple bud tenders that we would receive a raincheck for free product from a deal we participated in. Sarah decided that everyone else apparently lied, and we could no longer have our free product. I'm not upset at the policy of no rain checks being given, that's understandable. They're horrible at customer service for lying that once the product was back in stock we could still receive it. I hope Sarah's pillow is too hot to sleep tonight💓 – Alaina Pelletier
