We did have to wait to get in. There were other people that got to go in without waiting! Course they had placed orders on line! So their product was ready! Won't mark them down for us waiting. There was couple that was there after us. We all decided that we would have to place orders online for our next visit! Very helpful staff and knowledgeable about their products and services! The check in process is smooth but you're better off getting an online order or be prepared to wait upwards of 15-35 minutes to shop. That is a bit of a ridiculous wait time. Why not have a dedicated staff member to assist with online orders only and have 2-3 more head count for shoppers? This is the only dispensary that I've seen have the longest wait times for shopping recreational. If you do place an online order, you're not guaranteed the product in store. There are some production gaps here that need identified and rectified for a more pleasant shopping experience for customers. The product is always good and fresh (when available, you dont know until you're at the counter physically). The staff has always been friendly but management could assist with a more streamlined process from check in to purchasing to leaving. – Kirsty Mace
