Walked in with gal asked for a disposable, the nice lady talked us into a different flavor which was cool as we walked out I asked again "this is a disposable right?" And was told yes, got to the car opened it and it was a cartridge, walked back in and was told by RILEY (Mean lady) that it was not returnable even though it was there mistake and made us buy another at 50% off meaning I had to spend another 22$ at which point I recorded the whole unsettling situation and the unprofessional lady RILEY got to the point that she flipped me off. I would highly recommend LIDS better prices and very professional staff – Phil Booher
If i could give 0 stars I would. I have gone into most the cannabis store in spokane area. I have never received worse service than them multiple times. They scammed me and my partner. We walked in shortly after being open because we work graveyard and they talked us into a couple prerolls which was great. We used our points to make it cheaper and as soon as we leave they send a text saying its 50% off before we even left the parking lot. We walked back in and said we got a text and very rudely she said all sales are finale there is nothing I can do now and we both stood there shocked. We said that's horrible and we wouldn't be back and she said we won't miss you you aren't welcome back. They are three women who have God complexes and taking personal issues out on customers. So sad to see a company treat customers so disrespectful and like trash when without customers you would have no business. – Kevin Fisher
Clean store, friendly staff, great prices but wondering why only 4 stars.. they probably deserve 5 stars when compared to the same kinda store but as we know not all stores created equally and the only complaint is I wanted it to be my one stop shop. Didn’t have cones for the weed I bought and I was going to have to go to the gas station right after purchasing to grab pre-rolled papers. Think what you want but they are amazing and super convenient. So what would be my second option and that’s where they just have little in the way but the very basics of product that goes right along with the product they are selling. They would make more money and customers wouldn’t have to go to another store. I mean who really wants to do that? – Samuel Murrell
Really had a bad experience today at this establishment. LEAD BUDTENDER WAS RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. After an argument I was promptly asked to leave with a threat to contact law enforcement. I'm just a stoner that wants a pleasant experience from my bud tender. The way I was treated and belittled really affected my psyche. I feel like the bud tenders at this establishment really don't value their customers. Which is a very odd experience at a recreational Marijuana shop. Most places recognize the importance of their customers. But the way I was treated makes me think that they see me as a dollar sign and not a human being. If you value respect and being treated fair…..then don't shop here!!! – Zachary Trejo
