I give the staff 5 stars, they are always friendly and helpful. But I have honestly felt inconvenienced and frustrated by the overall experience since they switched to making everyone use the kiosks to place their orders. I give the kiosks 0 stars. They are not friendly, they are not helpful. It takes longer because everyone is trying to browse and learn yet another new app. Medical patients are being forced to put their hands on a screen that has been infested with flu's covid's and colds by every single other person that comes in. Regardless of whatever insanity forced the kiosks on customers that never asked for them, needed them, or wanted to use them, the staff is very kind and are still trying hard to work around these soulless machines that have replaced the great personal experience they were trying to provide. – Todd Stanley

Possibly the most unqualified manager I have ever spoken too. Not sure why? There are 4 Dispensaries in a 4 mile radius, you need the best people to run them. All the same price, all very good stores! But Bloom wins, hands down. – Steve Recek
