FRX of Cuyahoga Falls Craft Cannabis Dispensary

I live East of Cleveland but wanted to check out this spot because their product, FRX is currently my #1 go-to in medical cannabis. Best quality, flavors and selection and the staff are an absolute delight! I highly recommend 👌!!!! – Michael Kruse

Went from a 5 star rating 6 months ago to a 1 star currently. Main reason is the overall price increase. This used to be a competitive dispensary with sales on flower typically beating the other dispensaries. The past few months though there prices have risen and stayed consistently higher than all other dispensaries in the area. Personally I would shop around as frx just doesn't have competing sales anymore and honestly there overall product is sparse compared to selections at other dispensaries – Mike R

Attempted to do an online order but apparently whoever needed to call me about it but they didn’t understand that’s it’s possible for people to obtain a card . But whatever was going on they didn’t seem very bright so I asked to cancel the order over the phone and they had a little pms rant on the phone as they rudely hung up. I was being polite the entire time and I was just asking questions based on what she was saying. Like hand the phone to somebody else if you are too high 😂. Personally I would rather drive father to not deal with idiots but that’s just me. – Anthony Fortunato

The staff is awesome, the location is great, the store is always clean, and the prices are usually decent. However, I keep getting bamboozled when using the website to order. The website doesn't say anything about these carts being botanical terps, but then I get to the store and they are botanical terps. I want actual weed, not extracts from random plants, and I'm not okay with the website misleading me. – A

This place has had the same menu items on their website for the last three months, they have gotten nothing new whatsoever! I can’t imagine their flower being fresh seeing how they have the same flower all the time! I guess they quit selling orange 43 by clutch because they don’t have that anymore. this place needs to get their shit together It’s falling quickly we need half ounces. We need fresh flour. We need new products not the same products you’ve had on your website for the last four months time to step it up!! – Chris Stadelman
