They are too busy and overwhelmed to give customer service at a sub par level. Called to check on a product before driving into town and was told they were to busy to check and to come in. I have visited this location before and I can honestly say their customer service is this worst of all the dispensaries I have been to(with prosper in Wayland being the best). I suggest, since they are so overwhelmed, maybe checking out a different dispensary so the employees can provide quality customer service. The positive is they are popular and sometimes have what I'm looking for at a decent price. – Zien Mindful
I really love to visit their Stockbridge location, as it's nearby and easy to walk to. I am overall satisfied and happy with their service. I only have one complaint that their prerolls are often very loosely packed. The product falls out. – Roslyn Hamilton

Great prices I come from North Michigan everytime I swing threw i stop ✋️. But twice , once being my last stop 5/29 and purchased #paidforonreciept# and wasn't in bag. I see the sign to check bags ,so is it the Budtenders that steal it or Is it forgetful. I kinda starting to feel its the bud tender stealing the product I paid for .
