I’m always skeptical of new places but I really love GLH. The prices are great and their menu although it’s not available online it’s very well organized and easy to shop in store with every product broken up into very easy to follow categories. Product family, price, then respectively listing all the brands and strains along with their percentages and price. Really nice for people who might get overwhelmed by choices or have a budget/shop by price per oz. For a small store they have ALOT of product and TONS of variety. Even with the recent tax changes with weed I haven’t seen the price trickle to the customer at GLH. Most of the staff is super friendly and great at recommending products. There’s a couple duds but at the end of the day they can still sell the products they’re just no as friendly as all the other staff, Likewise even on busy days they still seem to process people through pretty quickly. Even during peak times I’ve never had to wait longer than maybe a few minutes for service. – Emmy DeJong
Stopped in for my first time yesterday, and asked for the best flower in the shop, dude showed me 3 different strains, all gas. Wish I would have got a name but you deserve a raise!! Thanks for the recommendation – Travis Stockenauer
As a first time customer, the guy who scanned my ID was pretty rude.. no welcome, no free anything or discount offered. Didn't say two words to me after I told him I was new. The Website should've been running by now. The guy who sold me my pre rolls was a little better, but definitely not as nice as literally every other dispo in Lansing. It's too bad, cause the prices and smoke were good. 3 stars.. @Management.. Hire better staff 💯 – JayDo Tha Don
Prices are stupid fantastic. Service is decent. It's obviously a volume business so it's in and out. Actually, that's like every dispensary. 🤷🏼♂️. Anyway great product and great prices. Clean and not dark. I wish the ATM was in the area we pay but that's a small inconvenience. I did have to go elsewhere for my wife's potpots (potdots 🤦🏼♂️) but no worries you can't have it all. – Mr Eknarf
I'd give it 5 stars if at least 1 person that was working at the time had better customer service skills. I got a little confused in the shop, and no one really helped, they just pointed and made me feel dumb, but it could have been just an off day, as this was my first time going to GLH. I will be returning though, the flower selection is phenomenal, with a plethora of options to choose from. – Cole Kelley
