Walked in on my birthday, already pre-ordered my flower, but i needed to choose my birthday preroll. The girl i got at the counter was AWFUL! She was rude and claimed she included my student discount, but i heard her say under her breath "take that discount off" when I asked for the total. Then proceeded to tell me the total and that all the discounts were on there. I had already done all the math in the car, there was no way my total was that much. I left to get more money and when I returned I got a different budtender who had the total I was originally expecting. She had even added the wrong preroll to the order. Overall, it was a really frustrating experience and I was almost PURPOSEFULLY fully charged. The second budtender was friendly and helpful fixing the issues. That first budtender i had, that young female, was awful. I would consider never returning because of her. She was so incredibly rude and clearly too high to do her job.
