I'm a very, very, very big fan of this place. The selection is incredible for a middle-priced dispensary, however the staff can be a little salesman-like and unknowledgable of what's in stock. If you're looking for a quick, easy, and reasonably priced dispensary, you'll find no better than here. However, if you're looking for something intimate and highly polished… this might come across as a little casual. Highly recommend nonetheless! – Spencer Durkee

Dope spot, great prices and selection, and top notch employees!..the Friday pop ups are awesome too! …met the grower from my go to brand (upstate Craft Cannabis) a couple weeks back.. I didn't realize the Archie's flower was also from them…i tried the Archie's glitter bomb flower at the recommendation of the grower…i didn't expect a ton based on the price point, but was blown away by the quality! …will definitely be buying more! my only "negative " is that I wish is that they carried more products from them Upstate Craft… The pre-rolls are consistently the best ive had from any brand, but I need the jar flower in my life! …the subzero is INCREDIBLE, as is the Woreoz, but unfortunately not carried…same with the upstate lemonade..best canna drink I've tried but far – Lord Estevan The Magnificent

Have never had a bad experience with good life or their team. Today I ordered some edibles and a pen, due to an error, I only received the edibles. I called to report the issue and was treated very respectfully over the phone, within 30 minutes I had a replacement pen and complimentary edibles for the issue at my door. You never want an issue with your order, but things happen, and this is the exact way you want it handled and then some. Reputable sellers who value their customers. – W

I usually go to misfits and MJ because I like to smoke weed that isn't absolute dog shit. I decided to try good life and got 4 different eights—only 1 of them was even smokeable. The other 3 were so unbelievably dry, even the ones with humidity packets or air tight sealed bags felt brittle and filled with tiny stems. The weed I bought also has practically no smell, I can't imagine it even gets you high. The fact this place has any 5 star reviews is insane. You are all smoking straight garbage and you don't even know it. How was this Rochesters first dispensary and you're the worst one around? Even the website is a confusing hot mess. If I could give less stars I would. Do the employees not try any of their own weed? Do they just not care about people wasting their money? How do you hand me this dirt with a smile on your face for $200!!! – Gray Seed
