100 dollars for three prerolls and a lanyard😂😂😂😭Honestly I wanted to like this place since legal weed in Rochester sounds awesome. But high prices and being ripped off can only go so far. Staff inside the store are not very friendly and it feels almost like an us vs them type of vibe. I also bought a vip ticket(100$) for their show on 4/19/25 and was expecting a decent vip goodie bag. What I received was three not even full prerolls, To tight to even smoke, oh and lanyard. Totally worth 100$, Edit for the owner. I live pretty far away so it's not even worth my gas money to come out to your shop so you can make things right. ( plus your product isn't very great). And if you knew it was wrong from the beginning you should have done more for vip customers. Then the best you can do is donate 1000 dollars to local charity? I actually bought two vip tickets (200) and didn't get what I paid for in the event. So I basically paid 1/5of your donation to charity. What a scummy company – xholy_sm0k3s

This smoke shop has great customer service and a wide variety of flour, edibles, and vapes. Literally just left from there and picked up two vape cartridges. They also have daily deals you should check out in the picture I’m adding to this review. I believe I’ve met three different security guards there so far and they’ve all been just as polite and helpful as the in-store staff. If you’re ever there, take your time looking around and enjoy the experience. – Michael Scurry II
