I’ve been here to got some buds a couple of times some days were better than others however on August 2 today I went in to make a purchase and when I got home and weighed my three items one of them were 2 g instead of 3.5 g. When I noticed it, I tried to call the store ASAP and there was no response. They wouldn’t pick up the phone. They have no customer service going on and most importantly you couldn’t leave a message for someone to call back. Tomorrow, I’m gonna have to make my way over there and speak to a manager to see how they could accommodate me because in the receipt it does state that all sales are final. However, this is a flower shop and mistake mistakes can’t happen on their end. Which it has. If they don’t make it right tomorrow, I’m just gonna gather the rest of my points. Get whatever I can for free and I’m no longer coming into this spot. It’s not worth the extra taxes or money. When in fact, they’re not giving you your full quantity if I were you as a customer, I would come ready with my way Open it in store to ensure yourself of your quantity as they ensure themselves of their final sale. Very disappointed because I thought highly of this place and now I see that they’re just like everyone else, but just more expensive for no apparent reason So be careful on who you choose to be your weed store because there getting people for there money with no response back.. Disappointed!!! A home gram and half off but the sale is final. I will be bringing this matter to the correct attention… Word of advice if you can’t see through the packaging, don’t get it because they hide in something as you can see this item that was 2 g instead of 3.5 g I couldn’t even see through the packaging because it was in a box.. The lady who takes ids is a terrible person on an ego trip. The experience reminded me of the dmv. She’s really rude and if you’re reading this and work there consider sitting her down. The first person you speak to in a store is important. If they’re not creating a good environment at first walk in then that’s money out of your pocket. You guys can do better and it’s unfortunate to see. Also I’ve looked at more of the reviews and it seems I am not the only one with this complaint. In January of 2024 , I stayed in New York. Went to this gem when I discovered the devils lettuce was recreational. Met the owner and was real adamant about Gotham bud caps he said they were prototypes, but after a ten- fifteen minute conversation, he decided to give me a Gray Grove cap, which was part of his personal collection What I mean to get at is that this place is dope, his staff was superb and welcoming. Believe the bad reviews! This is such bad business. The workers are slow, distracted by one another, and unprofessional. When you order online, the whole process is stupid and makes no sense. You order online, but pay in the store, they may run out of what you pre-ordered, and you'll still have to wait on the long, slow line. They suck. Business is terrible. Just stick to "your guy" if you want flowers. And their card machine charges you as if it's an ATM so please go with cash if you do go. Your bank will charge whatever the additional ATM fee is, plus taxes, plus whatever your total is. Chile please. Never again. – Ashli LeSure
I thought this store had a cool vibe. I was there for the Ghostface Killah meet and greet, which was organized very poorly but I can’t complain much cause it was free. That being said, it was also a free-for-all. If you’re gonna have people arrive 2 hours in advance and be lined up nicely, then just letting everybody stampede in immediately when the artist arrives is not the way to go. Still, thanks for doing it and I dig what you guys do overall – Tyler Partnow
