Grass Roots Marijuana - South Portland (21+)

First time in, coming from Ga, so I had questions. Nate was quick to resolve all of them and even pointed out some new things I might want to try and I did. Great upsale in my opinion. The place was clean and inviting; I felt very comfortable and at ease. I definitely want to stop back by when we come back to Maine. – Patrick Bass

Hi(gh)! This was the first time at the South Portland store, and as usual… it was great! Although smaller than Forest Ave, and larger than St. John's Street, this shop is really nice! Its designed to feel comfortable and welcoming. The layout is good and well organized, with lots of sundry items on display to browse through. My favorite is Forest Ave, but when I'm near the Maine Mall, I will stop by for the convenient location…and the parking is nicely organized too! Best of all …, the employees are incredible, always happy to see you, perky and upbeat…WOW! Their knowledge is incredible and they will never steer you wrong! NO PRESSURE EITHER. I always feel happy when I leave the shops… that doesn't happen at other area establishments. These folks definitely know how to treat and please their clientele. I will only shop with them. Open 9 – 8 has been known to open an hour early and sometimes open an hour later a friendly group of guys. They have edibles, drinks, pot, and carts. I've tried a few of their grown flower it is good quality and got the job done. The pre rolls are nicely rolled cones they had some dipped cones but I got them this morning thanks to the guy who let me in 20 minutes early.🤮🫡 Show these guys some love they deserve it. – Litttle Hotpocket

If I could give Grass Roots Marijuana a 100 star rating I would! Totally amazing staff and really reasonable prices! I’m from PA and I’ve seen a few places all over Portland but this place tops all of them in my opinion! So many options to choose from and the wonderful woman running the front end of the store today was extremely helpful and kind. I will ALWAYS come here when I visit Portland.
