I went in for the first time today. Neither employee seemed to care that I was there. I told both of them it was my first time there & didn't know how it worked. Neither took the time to explain anything. I didn't even get a thank you for the tip I left. I didn't expect a red carpet to roll out for me, but act like you care a new customer is there & eager to learn. With so many dispensaries available, appreciate when someone walks into yours. We had been going here since they opened but this new POS system isn't great & the employees seem to hate their job. The total price online was $10 cheaper than the price in the store, yes it included the tax too. Then, we never got a pick up text. We called and they say irs because they sold out of a strain. If we hadn't called, when would we have known? Also, my husband's online order was only $98 with tax and when he went inside to pay it was $110. We used to be able to pay online and get in and out quickly and that option isn't available now. The associate who helped my husband today was a robot. He asked her how she was and she completely ignored him and asked for his ID. The weed is cheap & good but I'd rather support a company who actually acts like they want customers. – Sydni Tompkins
I highly recommend ordering online. The prices are fair they have a reasonable point system. If you go during peak times you will have a long wait but if you go during slow periods you can get in and out. I like that they include a sticker in the bags as well. – harmony tyndall
