Man the Budtenders are cool but they don't tend to the customer. Budtenders job is to provide great customer service while also finding the customer the best product and price. I've been waiting for this to happen, because the Budtenders are just cashiers. They offer no service, no education and no knowledge about pricing or anything just machines punching in letters and numbers. I guess if you're looking for a cool budtender that isn't gonna say much or give you any knowledge about products and pricing this is the place for you. They'll get you in and our of the facility fast and I'd be lying if I didn't say they had great prices. But if you're looking for a facility that educates you on the products they're selling, this probably isn't your spot. You're gonna walk in and tell them what you want and they're gonna give it to you. What they won't say is "you know you can get 7 more grams for an extra 5 bucks"… simple enough right. – Rex Thompkins

The products and prices are good but the staff is super rude. Ive been there over 15 times an not once have they not been rude to me. Oh and know what you want before going because if you ask more than one or 2 question they get actually angry and treat you even worse. Which is crazy cuz I drive almost 2 hours to get there every time. And security usually makes u stand there for 20 mins cuz hes always playing around in the back not paying attention. I hate that the prices are good and they have a fire s election because I wouldn't go back otherwise 😤 – Kyrstin West

For the second time one of the cashiers screwed me over in the same way. Tonight I came in around 8:51, no cash, and feeling guilty that I showed up late. I asked for 4 grape and 4 blueberry magics. It was late, and I felt bad about coming in late, so I didn't pay attention, but my cashier after I said 4 grape and 4 blueberry, gave me 4 grape and 4 blueraspberry. It's not about flavor, 1 is a hybrid, 1 is an indica. Maybe your staff should stop getting high on their own supply. Pharmacies make less than you, but at least their underpaid employees give out the right product. – John Kramer

I love the flower here . However, 10-12-2025 they literally cheated me. I paid for 12 grams in total of 3 different flowers. Specifically out of the 3 they cheated me out of 2grams of the Gumbo snow cap! They only gave me 1gram when it should have been 3!! I didn’t realize until I got back to Detroit! Too far to go back of course. Be sure to double check your order! It’s my fault I didn’t check before leaving. It’s been on point other times. Very disappointed in this trip ☹️. – Shannikia Jones
