Overall this place is great, been coming here exclusively for years. Best deals, good marketing, good product, nice people, no real issues til today It was so busy today, that I parked across the lot and walked inside to pick up my curbside order— because there were literally no spots available for curbside and multiple cars in line. I explained I was there for curbside but there was no cusbside spots, and that I wanted something off the secret menu which does not have any spending threshold usually… but because curbside couldn’t be accommodated, and I decided to walk through the door, I’m told there’s a spend threshold I didn’t pass? I said “but I’m literally a curbside pickup customer and only came in because there’s a line out the lot” and the budtender said “yeah but you came inside so it’s a $50 limit, sorry” Truly just silly. We’re gonna act like you can’t just honor it the same way? Just pretend like this was my fault? Literally the act of walking inside suddenly makes you ineligible. Yall couldn’t service curbside in an efficient manner and I’m punished? Like why? Such a pointless concept and the first time this place has put a sour taste in my mouth.
