I went here for the first time Sunday and yes they give you a free 1/8th after you spend $20 but my free 1/8th was full of steams and full of shake there was maybe 6 baby nuggets in there the only reason these look bigger in the picture is cause i zoomed it in. I was not very impressed with it considering that was one of the main reasons for going and checking out a place I've never been to. – Patty Stevenson
Bought a $34 disposable from here that must have been a dud because it never turned on, called the next day to see if it could be exchanged for a new one (was not asking for a refund) and was told they only have the staff to do these things before 3:00pm? Unfortunately I work long beyond those hours and when I told the gentleman this he stated he was sorry for my inconvenience. Sad to see this is how they handle mistakes and bad product – Abby Davis
