This storefront with the facade of a hospital room within a zen garden marks the of the gaurd in the Maine Mall from my generation to the next, to me. As you enter, you will feel the sterility of a surgical theater, which allows the store to maximize the exposure to each of its products in overall limited space. To play off the surgical motif and to bring your attention to the true heart of the store, each of the salespeople wear faux doctor uniforms. Each of the staff seems to be kind and friendly and have the ability to delineate each of the stores products. A friend brought me into this store four times, each of those four visits I was unable to imbibe at the time of the visit due to ongoing medical issues. A girl named Haily has been working each of those four times. She is EXTREMELY intelligent and helpful. She has me wanting the stores products when I get the all-clear from my doctors. If you don't know much about CBD or the culture I would strongly, strongly advise talking to whoever is on staff to explain the products to you, thus far Hailey has been the only staff I have had contact with but if the other staff she will completely educate you in making the right purchase for you. I was personally overwhelmed by the range of products, the dosages and the costs by giving her information on what I was looking to get out of the products, how much I could afford, aswell as the potency she was able to narrow down what she felt would work best for me. I remember those suggestions and will be working on trying them throughout the summer. If this is a sampling of what the next generation is going to add to the Maine Mall, I am excited to see what's next. I heard about this place through a source that I was reaching out to to try to find a good CBD roll-on because I have a very bad back. I went there and I was waited on very very nice young woman. Her name was Elizabeth. I will tell you that I felt like she was a little over the top as far as pressuring me into doing this. Try this try that do this. Do that when I simply wanted to buy some roll-on to try and see if this stuff would help my back I did end up buying a couple of rolls and a couple of sobs. I will tell you right now. Be prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars or more if you go to this place it is extremely expensive but I will tell you that I feel though I’ve gotten some relief some very good relief from the roll-on that I am using so that’s a bonus because for those of you who know aching in a bad back or a bad knees or whatever having a item that gives you relief is priceless but I just wish that she was a little less aggressive, and trying to sell me basically everything in the store – Richie Axelsen
Great service and a great set of products! I have a benign brain tumor called an accoustic neuroma that stopped growing ever since I started using their CBD oil several years ago. It may have saved me from surgery or radiation! Elizabeth was very helpful when I came to the store in the Mai e Mall and they did not have any of the 9000mg tincture left. DO NOT BUY I am a first time customer that purchased the CBD cat oil. I measured out the recommended amount and when trying to give it to my cat he wasn’t interested and wouldn’t try the oil (even when put in food). The return policy states that upon approval an item may be returned. I emailed the company 3 times over the coarse of 12 days, with no response. I went in store, requesting a return and was told that the manager would be in contact with the owner. I spent the following two days contacting the manager, asking if the owner had responded to her in regard to my return. Finally after the second day the manager informed me that the owner said I cannot return the item for my money back. I am throughly disappointed in this company and will not be purchasing an item from them again. – Karisa Hinkley
