First, they declined my medical order. When I got to the store, they immediately filled my kiosk order. So why was my online order declined? They did not check my ID at the register, which is literally illegal. They did not offer me a discount because of having to wait for my order via kiosk Even though there's no reason to have declined my medical order online. They were unfriendly and horrible customer service. I should've gone to Rise in Eagan. – Mandie Shonk

This is the first place that I called about & the staff was super helpful in getting me started with the medical cannabis program, told me where to go online & what to expect. This was also my first location of purchase. The selection was great, they have multiple strains of flower, a lil pricey for a ounce however it is Great product. The concentrates are on the high side as well. Overall this is my favorite location with their staff all being so nice & knowledgeable, along with the selection of products. I was frequenting the Blaine location however the staff isn't as knowledgeable about their products. As well as a couple of people that seem to not be happy about being there. I will definitely be keeping this as my go to location. Thanks to all the staff that have always been so friendly & knowledgeable. – Jacob & Charles
The product isn't bad, I had an issue with my last order. So I emailed them and explained the situation. I had a response and solution all within a few hours. They showed great customer service and willing to fix the issue! – Angela Cuffe
Showed up at 8:46 PM and was refused service because they stop allowing walk-ins 15 minutes before closing. If that’s your policy, fine, but it’s not listed anywhere on your website. Wasted my time and gas coming here just to be turned away for a rule customers have no way of knowing about ahead of time. The interaction at the window was also cold and unwelcoming, which didn’t make the situation any better. If you’re going to have policies like this, be upfront about them so people don’t make unnecessary trips. Really disappointing experience. Won’t be back. I seen them turn about 5 people away after me when there was still ample time left! – Tv Living room
