I went into The Green Lady today and worked with Ethan. I’ve never really had any issues coming into this store before, but today I left pretty disappointed with the service. The sales rep who helped me came across as rude, even sighing and looking unimpressed when assisting me. I came in for Saving Sundays to grab some edibles, and the interaction just felt off. I’m a pretty simple customer and usually only need the basics, but even that seemed like a problem. I considered mentioning it to a manager, but I didn’t want to make a scene or be an inconvenience. I just feel like if a store is going to operate in this space, the staff should at least seem willing to help rather than frustrated to be there. Every other visit I’ve had has been positive with good vibes, which is why this experience stood out to me. – Lee Hermann
