The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the people who walk through their doors. Recently, I had an issue with an order, and I was blown away by how it was handled. Every employee I spoke with provided fantastic service, went out of their way to help, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Not once did I feel rushed or dismissed—only supported. Love this spot for it's versatility. They've got CBD flower and edibles as well as all the NYS cannabis products I love. Huge sales floor with tons of flower samples for you to look at and smell! Seems like they have a variety of options at any price point (I noticed the cheap prerolls and mini edible packs were $6) Fun atmosphere with friendly staff and why not throw in some wrestling appreciation for good measure? – TokinQueer Buffalo
First time customer today. Even with the store super slammed I was helped very quickly. Can't remember his name, but the owner was great. It was nice not having him push the big expensive brands on me like the other shops. Instead he educated me on better products. Sure enough what he recommended was phenomenal. Green Philosophy was great!! Prices were fair and the customer service was top notch. I believe the girls name was Danielle, she was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I know this might be a little un called for, but the guy there named Curtis had really attractive calf muscles too. Overall experience 10/10 – adam tyler
