-Convenient Location -Fair Market price products I’m writing this review to highlight the shortcomings and unprofessional behavior I experienced shopping here recently. I called to report a delivery driver who was being overly friendly to my girlfriend when she went out to pick up a delivery order. If this had been a one off occurrence I would’ve let it slide but it wasn’t(it happened previously), with a different driver. I understand that they are just trying to delivery great customer service, that should be the goal at least, but I’m writing this review because the delivery drivers are trying to making advances on my girlfriend to the point that she has to mention her relationship and it’s like why are we doing this? You are there to drop off the product, but you’re also trying to get my girls socials. Focus on the mission. Assistant Manager Dede forwarded me to the delivery driver operations manager. He spoke with me and assured me that he would speak to the manager when they arrive in half an hour and call me back. I didn’t receive a call back. About 4 hours later, I call back to see if I can speak with the store manager about the situation. I was put on the phone with a Store manager Stephanie after asking for a manager and she assured me that the Regional Manager was in the store and was aware of the complaint I had spoken to her about. In my head I feel like I’ve spoken to 3 levels of management at this location, and they told me the higher up is aware so I’m expecting the needle to moved in some direction on this situation. She assured me that she would call back later that day because the manager was in a meeting. She went as far as to take my information and assure me that I’d be receiving some sort of communication regarding this matter. I gave them 24 hours, and no call or email which just shows the failure of all the staff along the chain, not only to me for not taking this situation seriously, but also to all the women whom will have a similar experience with these two male drivers, the company doesn’t care. Buy your weed somewhere where they don’t employ thirsty unprofessional men, like high profile next to I-70, they have the cheapest weed in the city hands down! – Jayfec Frias
