My first impression was pleasant with the first lady at the counter that told me about the first time discount. She told i can save it for another time. As I was able to enter to the 2nd counter I guess Esteban felt differently after me being able to use it lady. " So ya they really press to use it the day the account is created." I feel after telling what the first lady told me he should have had the sense to honor it. Because now I'm getting different set of opinions on first time account created. I said "well which one is it!? Can I save it for later or not." This comes off insecure and not sure how to handle new customers. Esteban lacks empathy and lacks business sense. Just some guy behind the counter just getting a paycheck and a discount on his habit. I hope you remember this Esteban because I will be back. – Broken

I came in the buy for the first time a day or so ago & i just have to say, I 100% loved the deals you guys offered and the place well kept. Very nice and clean. I also got to say I love the wallpaper and the fact it’s an old bank building. I would like to thank an employee for helping me out , she was well mannered and very sweet.
