Bought several clones. Less then a week later called about clone dying. Left messages after third day, finally spoke with someone. Said to bad about dead clone. We offer NO refunds or replace plant at lower cost. Feel ripped off. Suggest NOT buying clones from a place who won't back plants. It was less than a week. No return policy, no cheaper replacement. My husband goes here as it is right down the road from our home and he loves this place! It has great prices and always has deals and he is always in and out even on busy days. Been shopping here for about 5-6 years since I literally live next door and unfortunately every year it gets worst. Wish I could say something about the staff members but their turnover rate it so high it’s a miracle if u see someone working there for more than 4-5 months. Bud keeps getting worst, wax/oil started tasting like chemicals or like an old freezer, cartridges always leak or the coil stops working, pre roles are either falling apart or damaged and for a while they removed all their edibles and only had a few things. I started shopping somewhere else but decided to come back a couple days ago and give them a try again. it was honestly not worth it. – Juan Rosa
