Greener Pastures

The product and deals at this dispensary are great, but the customer service experience I just had makes me leave the rating of 1 in this review. An employee named “Wes” was extremely rude. As a medical patient he told me I had already hit my months allotment even though it’s June 1st and I know I have not. He told me he could not do anything and I accepted this and left. I called a different dispensary who informed me that the new start for the “month” is no longer on a monthly basis and depends on each individual persons card. I went back into Greener Pastures with this information to see if they could look at my account and give me more details as I had not heard of this before. This is when Wes got a rude tone. He had zero clue what I was asking unable to explain if there was a new state rule, and just kept repeating to me that I can’t buy anything because of the computer system. I understood this and was only seeking more information around the new state policy I’d just heard of on the phone with the other dispensary: Again, neither employee, Wes nor the woman he was working with knew anything about the state policy. At this point I’m confused and I ask if I can just purchase recreationally instead of medically, and Wes said “yes”. We completed the purchase and I asked for a receipt. Wes told me he could not give me one. It appeared there was a receipt machine on the counter so I asked why I couldn’t get one. He again told me with a rude tone “you just can’t” and at this point he began raising his voice and said “why don’t I just refund this for you” to which I said “I’m not asking for a refund I’m just asking about a receipt”. He interrupted me and said “let’s just refund this” to which I am confused at this point and ask him to place the purchase in my dispensary bag. He looks at me and asks rudely if I have a problem. I tell him I never said I wanted a refund and that I would like him to place my purchase in the bag and I’d like to leave. He finally put my purchase in the bag and I asked about the receipt looking machines on the counter to which he told me they were label makers and they have no way to provide receipts. I asked for his name and he rudely said to me “I’d ask for yours but I already know it”. Worst experience I have ever had at Greener Pastures. – Sabrina Charlson

Had such a great experience here. The store was clean and everything was displayed so nicely. The two ladies that assisted me were nothing short of sweet and helpful from start to finish. They were able to help me choose items while educating me and we’re just casually chatting with us the whole time. I walked out feeling like I stopped by to see two old friends. Every time I visit Greener Pastures (frequently) it is very clean, smells great, and has a wonderful ambiance. All of the product is beautifully displayed, labeled and easy to read. The team members greet me with enthusiasm and treat me like a friend rather than just another customer. They do superb job staying professional while also creating a casual, comfortable, and fun environment. Each visit is paired with good conversation and lots of laughter. On top of a top notch service experience, the quality of their goods is absolutely A+. I have purchased from several other dispensaries in the area and Greener Pastures is the one I keep coming back to. They have reasonable price points and out of this world products. Found this Disp on a diff website & decided to stop in. So glad I did, staff is knowledgeable, friendly & personable. Product is great, I really like the Lemon Mac & Orangeade but there are many different strains based on preference. They also have edibles (GF as well), tincture & more. 5 Star flower and a wide assortment of tasty edibles. All fresh in jars!! I’ve been a medical patient for years and find Greener Pastures a vital asset to my every day existence! Lastly the staff is the best. Great service and so friendly. – Cash Hoyt
