I stopped by to pick up my online order. As usual, the folks in store were very helpful and friendly. I was able to pick up my online order easily and with no issues. As we finished up my order, I told them that I had a cartridge that wasn't any good. It would not fit in any of the batteries I had. They told me to bring it in with the packaging and we could get it taken care of. Today, I took that cartridge in to exchange, and because they said it was over 30 days since I had bought it, they couldn't do anything. Mind you, had that cart been used, I could totally understand the refusal, but because it was brand new, couldn't be used because of a defect in the cart itself, and because I'm a loyal customer, I was surprised they didn't make more of an effort to make it right. Needless to say, I was quite upset. That stuff isn't cheap, and typically when I buy, I buy a monthly supply and don't always get to smoke them within 30 days. I've never had a problem in the 8 years I've been shopping with them. Thank goodness there are many other shops in the area that have a lot of the same merch. I'd rather support our local tribe, but will take my busines elsewhere. Policy over customers isn't always a good thing. – Rita Gordon
We are new to town and have been trying to find a good locol shop to frequent too. Greenfoot is the closest one and my first couple times were great, until the last, and final time I'll be shopping there. I was helped by a woman names Angel. She had a bad attitude anytime I asked a question about a product she didnt recommend. When I asked about aomething else she would jusy keep telling me she knows best and I'd be better off with her choices than mine. It was kind of busy and it seems she was nicer to people she knew rhan the onrs she didn't. I witnessed a customer come in and anither employee try to help them and she cut off her coworker and said the customer should wait for her to help them instead. Mind you this was in the middle of her "helping" me. Feeling uncomfortable I grabbed the next thing I saw hoping thatd be the end of her attitude. It wasn't. When checking out she asked if I was going to tipwhich I refused due to the horrible service. That clearly uoaet her because she handed me my things and walked away. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with anyone working customer service. I will not be shopping here again. – Sara Thompson
