I usually love Greenlight, but today I was pretty disappointed. I checked out online with a 5 for $25 deal, and my total was shown as $29 after taxes. When I went to pick up, they told me that the brand I had selected did not qualify and charged me full price, which was $42. I looked through recent reviews, and it looks like something similar has happened to multiple people in the last month. It’s too bad because they are usually great, but I’m not sure if I’ll return. From The Earth always honors their own prices. Edit, because I can't reply to the owner: It was through greenlight.com. Seems like you can't guarantee your own prices, either. – Eve Ward

Went in to pickup an order and was promptly greeted by a pleasant woman at the desk. Then I was met at the pickup window by Donnie! He told me all the items in my order, spoke clearly , and loud enough that I could hear him (I’m hard of hearing so this was super important.) Donnie was overall pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful and friendly! – Jessica Osborne

I placed an online order for a specific product that I wanted for my medical cannabis use when I checked out online the price was a little over $60 but when I got to the store, they charged me full price and it ended up being almost $100. I showed them my online order for the $67 and change for that product and that it said that there were nine more of those products in stock. The manager Darien refused to honor the price even though I showed her my order online and everything because she said that product is no longer in stock. However, they brought the product out and it was sitting on the counter in front of me and it showed online that there was nine more in stock when I told her that she said well, even though it’s the exact same product that you ordered, it’s just got a different barcode and that’s why we can’t give you the price that we advertise it for online. Nowhere does it mention anything about the discount having to be a certain barcode of that same product? I was then offered a cheaper they insisted was better even though it was 3% less potent, and at that point I needed to go and I needed to get something so the strain Cuban affair is what they assured was better than what I wanted and was around 65$ (75$ is my budget) It is so dry it crumbles to dust, and the effects are mild at best. That’s why I wanted the strain that I chose in the first place because it is quality now I am stuck with this cannabis that doesn’t make me feel right and is dried out, lost all its trichomes and pollen, and Inferior. That money that I spent was my medical cannabis budget for the next month. We take care of currently four rescue animals so there’s not much budget for cannabis and it is very harmful when I essentially get ripped off from what it’s supposed to be a reputable company and no assistance from management there. I recently actually switched to green light from another dispo and thought it seemed to be a decent place but after seeing that I am not the only one they did this to, I will be shopping elsewhere, as well as my friends and students here in kc, because they didn’t make their mistake right which could’ve easily been done. Just charge me what you told me when I placed the online order for the product i need. They seemed not concerned about this matter and said their website does this alot and is not very accurate or up To date, id say thats going to need to be fixed. I have almost all this poor quality medicine I was sold and would like to return it for a refund or replace it with a non stale not dried out strain perhaps the one ordered initially. Trevor was great. Got my stuff quickly and was in and out in no time. Wish the parking lot was better equipped to handle the volume of traffic though. – Christian Osborne
